What happens during the initial consultation?
We will discuss your goals, current habits, and challenges. I will then create a personalized nutrition and workout plan for you.
How often will we have check-ins?
For the 1-month program we will have 4 weekly consultations to monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments. For 3-month we will have 6-7 bi-weekly calls.
How long will it take for me to lose weight?
The time frame varies for each individual based on their starting point, adherence to the plan, and unique body responses. Generally, a healthy weight loss ranges from 0,5-1% of your body mass/week (300 to 1200 grams per week.
What if I don't see results immediately?
Progress varies for each individual. Regular check-ins and adjustments ensure that you are on the right path to achieving your goals.
Do I need any special equipment for the workout plans?
For the best results, gym environment and equipment is needed. However, workout plans can be adapted to the equipment you have available. I will provide alternatives if necessary.
Are there any long-term commitments?
The program is designed to build sustainable habits, and you can continue receiving support as long as you need. Daily support is also provided.
Will I have to give up tasty foods?
No, I will teach you how to include your favorite foods in a balanced diet, so you can enjoy what you love while still achieving your weight loss goals.
How do video consultations work?
At the scheduled time, I will send you a link for a video call where we will discuss your progress and next steps.
What if I have questions between consultations?

As long as you maintain a caloric deficit, there is no reason to avoid a late dinner if it helps your central nervous system (CNS).

Working for sustainable result
My approach is not a "get fit quick" scheme. I won't ask you to do 3000 jumping jacks to dehydrate your body and lose 1kg per one session (mostly glycogen-meant to regulate blood sugar levels, supporting muscle and brain function) or to starve yourself for 14 days. Sweat is not the sign of a good workout - it's just your body's natural response to regulate its temperature.
This won't be the usual "change your life in 14 days" type of training. I understand that may sound appealing till you smash your face into the reality. Fitness coaches tend to prefer hosting 14-day programs because they can sell 6 of them in the same 3-month period that I will offer my program. However, I believe in offering a more comprehensive and sustainable approach to fitness that will lead to long-term results.

First, let's get one thing straight: if you want to transform your body, you need to change your attitude towards food and eating habits. There's no shortcut that will give you the results you want. It all starts with your mindset and approach to nutrition.
That's why we'll start by addressing the root of the problem: your relationship with food. We'll work on breaking down the myths and misconceptions that are holding you back and start building a new, healthy relationship with food.
I'll also be diving deep into the foods that are often demonized by the media and society. You know the ones - carbs, fats, and all the other "taboo" foods that we've been taught to fear. Well, it's time to set the record straight and show you that these foods can actually be a valuable part of a healthy diet when consumed in the right way.
On the flip side, we'll also take a closer look at the so-called "superfoods" that are hyped up by videobloggers and social media influencers. Are these foods really as magical as they claim?
Best "selling" diets
I will also provide a detailed analysis of the most popular diets, but only for those that have been proven to work. I won't waste your time with the latest trendy diets that promises you'll lose 5 kg in a week or other fad diets like the buckwheat and sour milk diet, fruit diet, and so on.
In addition, I won't recommend just one "best" diet, because there isn't a one-size-fits-all solution that works for everyone at every stage of life, training cycle, age, or gender. Instead, I will present the pros and cons of each diet and provide recommendations on when to incorporate them. Some diets may produce quicker results but with an emotional roller-coaster, while others may be slower but provide a better emotional feeling.
